The Garden House is set within its own private garden and olive grove and provides comfortable accommodation for up to six people in two air-conditioned bedrooms. It is only a 10 minute walk from the main town of Skopelos.
Downstairs there is a lounge area with WiFi, flat screen TV and DVD player and an open fire. Beyond that is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for six.
The house was designed by a local architect and built for Susan Acevedo, the first wife of rock star Neil Young. It is reported that there were many wild parties held here!
Destination Skopelos

The location
The largest of the Sporades islands and known as “The Emerald of the Aegean” as its landscape stays green year-round.
Skopelos is a stunning island covered in olive groves and lush pine forests which spill over the hills and mountains and run down to the rugged coastline with its crystal-clear turquoise water. It was used for several of the key locations in the film “Mamma Mia”.
It remains unspoilt having avoided being affected by mass tourism and it still retains a truly Greek atmosphere. Whitewashed houses piled on top of one another, appear to cascade down the hillside, all linked by labyrinthine streets and alleys.
