The house has two bedrooms located on the first floor, one double and one twin, both with en-suite shower rooms. The master double also has a bunk bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements and bringing the number of guests that can be accommodated up to six.

The bedrooms have been designed to be flexible so that they can be set up to have 4 singles in the main room (bunk bed and 2 single mattresses on the raised bed base) and a double bed in the other bedroom.

Both bedrooms have air conditioning and access to separate outside terraces with seating. The twin room terrace has a small table and chairs and the master room has a terrace with L shaped sofa and coffee table.

The kitchen facilities include a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, under-counter fridge, dishwasher and microwave as well as most modern cooking aids. The dining area has a dining table and seating for six.

Outside the kitchen/dining room is another terrace with outside seating and a Weber gas barbecue.

From the ground floor terrace, paths lead out into the garden, to the boules court and to the private swimming pool. The swimming pool has a terraced area adjacent with a pergola for shade, several sun loungers and a small table and chairs.

The garden has been adapted from the original olive grove which has stood on the land for centuries. The olive trees have been retained with the rest of the garden designed and curated over the last 30 years to be a modern Mediterranean garden. There is a wide variety of citrus and soft fruit trees, nuts, cacti, palms, succulents and an array of flowers and shrubs both native and imported.
